I spotted a 38' Eliminator on I-15 south in San Diego on Thursday afternoon. Does it belong to anyone on the boards? The tow rig was a white Chevy HD. The trailer had the little matching scooters on the front, very nice ride.

Yup, that was at the LA Boat Show. One of a flock of very spendy Eliminators there.

It's mine. I had a friend towing it. My 84' Yugo has trouble getting it up some grades ( like my driveway).
Ya right.

Boat was also at the Long Beach show last year. Been around a while. Very Nice though.

There is a Poker Run this weekend in San Diego and the guy who owns that boat I believe is one of the promoters.
BTW: Nice way to scuff your gel and canopies towing with the cover on.

Rookie boater. Spend 6 figures and ruin the gel please.

SR,
You are right about the owner, I could not recall his name.
I learned a long time ago not to tow with ANY covers on. It is easier to clean the boat up when you get where you are going, then to to have scratches buffed or sanded out.
