chevy block 454

Mr luvmyboat has had an engine for over 5 years now that he has been waiting to rebuild. He finally got it over to the shop monday to have it preped for rebuilding,, today he found that the block is no good and now we need a new one. Does anyone have an engine block that we can buy, or know where we can pick one up.
P.S. we are in the Fontana area

Ask the V-drive guys. They don't get up this way to often.
They got alot of good connections.

let me put it to you this way, he wants the boat running by mid spring, and he is rebuilding it himself with little experience. He is patient but anxious to have the boat running?
