FINALLY
I am starting to see the diesel not being the most expensive price on the board when going to fill up !!! When I bought my diesel GMC 2 years ago, diesel was always the cheapest on the board at like $2.05 a gallon. Magically, like every other scam perpetuated on mankind, the price of diesel skyrocketed after all the hurricanes and such. I can almost begin to believe the "Summer Blend" BS we hear out here in CA, but not unrefined fuel like diesel !!!!! :220v:

I remember 3 years ago when it was $1.39. :jawdrop: I would fill it up for that at Loves off the 10 on the way out to the river.

I remember when it was .50 cents less than regular unleaded, that is why I bought the damn thing. That and better fuel mileage. Wish i never did that

I paid $2.79 today and that was at one of the cheaper stations around here.
But it was indeed less than the premium unleaded.

I think diesel is just stabalized and all the unleadeds are still going up... That's the only reason Diesel is getting cheaper.. Good thing I just got the new Duramax..

Part of the diesel run up last year was several tanker fulls were sent to South America from California 'cause the big oil compnies thought they had a surplus - yeah right. Then when the Bakersfield refinery was turned over to the new buyer - Flying J - by the previous owner, Shell Oil, Shell refused to provide the promised raw crude for the plant. That refinery supplies 6% of the diesel used in California. Then, mysteriously, the Unions at that plant walked out. This is all well documented.
