A boneless skinless chicken breast over the top of a big bowl of pasta mix in some salsa blended of course little soy sauce and a tad of ranch dressing sounds terrible, looks even worse but damn it is good and dont knock it til you try it... also use a nice steak instaed of chicken,

Take two or three packs of Farmer John sausages.... the pink fatty ones....fry em up dark and burnt lookin. Cut em in thirds, and mix in with fresh homestyle Mashed Potatoes. Lots of butter, salt and pepper liberally, and don't spare the grease none.
Side dish of cole slaw........MMMMMMmmmmmmmmm
Now you're living.....even my kids love it. Leftovers are even better.;)

BEST Chicken Salad
4 cooked chicken breasts
(prefer the bone in kind, cooked in the oven and then de-boned)
Grapes
Walnuts
Ranch Dressing
Mix a green salad, chop the chicken breasts, cut the olives in half, chop the nuts, and put the ranch dressing on top.
YUM!

I make all kinds of odd but yummy-to-me stuff ...

tunafish salad for sandwiches ...
tuna
ranch dip/dressing
sunflower seeds
parmesan cheese
(the above works great for egg salad instead of tuna too)
****
macaroni and cheese I'll add just about anything to it lol
(any one or two of the following:
tomato juice
V8 juice
spaghetti sauce with meat
tuna
canned mushrooms
parmesan cheese
mixed veggies
canned salmon
flakes of chicken
****
cinnamon toaster waffles drizzled with orange Tang syrup (little water lots of crystals) topped with cranberry sauce (optional whipped topping too) :)

brown chickin wings in frying pan,add salt pepper and garlic powder while browning, pour a can of beer and 1 cup BBq sauce over wings until it starts to boil, while waiting for boil dice jalapena peppers and add to your taste ( i like um hot) reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 1 hour (longer they simmer the better) dont let wings dry out. Add more beer if you have to. Serve with white rice. Put a couple of spoonfuls of the juice over the rice.

most of that takes too much time......just throw some peanut butter on 1 slice of bread and some mayo on another piece, put together and eat :D
now for the good one....
get some skinless/boneless chicken breasts
cut them in half so they aren't too thick
tenderize them with the little hammer style tenderizer until they are real thin, almost see through
Soak the tenderized chicken breasts in clam juice for a few hours
take them out and flop them around in some flour
fry them quickly in the oil of choice, about a minute will do
let cool and eat with your favorite veggie
