AUTOMETER got a lifetime customer

My tach was screwing up because i stepped on the recall switch and broke it off. Turns out it some how shorted out the board. So i sent it back to Autometer for repairs. The had it about a week and a half, and i didnt think much of it cause i wasn't ready for it anyway. We have been playing phone tag all week, and they said they were sorry they couldnt get ahold of me or return my calls quicker. Like i said i didnt really think much of it. But they felt bad so they replaced my Tach for free AND gave me free shipping! I will never buy anything else.:D

There was recall tach in my boat that wasn't working when I bought it. Told them it was probably 5 years old, I didn't buy it and to fix it and bill me. They sent me a brand new one instead and didn't charge me a dime.:D
