Boat storage in Phoenix

I might be bringing Old Lavey out to Phoenix this weekend. Since our pool is not done yet I can't take the boat home. Is there a good indoor storage facility in the NW valley that anyone can recommend? What should I expect to pay for a 12' x 30' garage?

Boat storage in Phoenix is horrible, especially indoor! All my friends have been trying to find a place forever. Outside uncovered is the only thing really available. Maybe someone else on the boards knows different and if so I would love the info but I think your out of luck.

Thanks for the help. We found a place out in Sun City near Pleasant. Sorry we didn't make it out to the lake. It was a beautiful weekend. Lovin' the 101 degree weather:) . Its about 50 degrees here in Lake Arrowhead tonight :(. We ended up running all weekend in Phoenix getting stuff for the house:( . I'll be glad when this moving stuff is over.
