Just wondering what a yard of mix cost delivered where you live.

2 weeks ago, it was $75/yard with 8 yards delivered. You might get charged for a short load if you dont order minimum amount.

I don't know what a yard costs, but here's a little tidbit I've learned. Almost all of the concrete in the Western US is owned by one company. Mitsubishi. Concrete prices have dropped over the last few years, in an effort by Mitsubishi to drive competition away and gain market share. It seems to be working, since thier main ready mix company, Roberson, is everywhere en mass, and when all of the competition is gone, prices will begin to soar.
My opinion only, just some scuttlebutt I've heard lately.

I use Gary Bale Concrete. He and his son run the company and own their own batch plant. They also run and own Casino Ready Mix in Las Vegas.
They have some sweet ass trucks.

Was that with color or gray?
I hear it's going up another 15 dollars per yard sometime within the next 2 months. 15.00 pry normally covers the color charge....
I heard somewhere in the inland empire some guy got mud for 60 per yard....
I have 8-10 yards going in next week...
SP, you'd better get a couple gallons of KY because 45 yards is going to hurt  :D Who are ya using to pump?

West Coast Pump is really good here in OC, but I dont know if they go down south in SD. Usually the concrete company orders teh pump for you. Ask who they recommend.
45 yards is a lot of mud. Take a pic for us with the trucks lined up. I love that $hit.

Depends on how far it's gotta go, which plant, which mix, size of purchase, etc.
But say for 4000 mix it will range from low 50's to 70 a yard around here. However, all the ingredients are close by.
Fiber adds 5 or 6 bucks as well as super p and accelerator
Color depends on the color you want with darker colors usually being higher. Black can be very expensive.
