Any auto body shop or dealer will have bumpers, depending on the car model you want it for.
Now if you're talking about FENDERS, the things that keep your boat from getting scratched up, West MArine or any marine supply dealer will have them.
If you're going to talk about nautical things, use nautical terminology.
bump•er
Pronunciation: (bum'pur), [key]

1. a person or thing that bumps.
2. a metal guard, usually horizontal, for protecting the front or rear of an automobile, truck, etc.

3. a mudguard or splashboard on a horse-drawn vehicle.
4. Naut.a piece of timber, bundle of rope, or the like, hung over the side of a vessel to lessen shock or prevent chafing, as between the vessel and a dock or another vessel.
