Just got home from the first trip of the year. Weather wasn't perfect, but a good trip.

What canyon did you camp in?

We cheated this time, stayed in the Defiance House Lodge at Bullfrog. Wasn't up to finding a campsite and hauling everything for one night. Was planning on meeting up with Mardonzi mid lake, but the weather kept both of us from wanting to go far. Temps Saturday were in the 50's and and clouds and wind didn't help things. Today was much better.

Bastard! Wish I was there!. That does seem to be cold. Looks like fun. Isn't it dead there in the spring? I have gone in late april, no one is on the lake but bass fisherman. Can't wait for it to warm up!

It was so damn cold, she was dressed like she was riding her Ski-Doo and not for a boat ride, but here is a few of ma, pa and the kid.
