It stands for "D" row in the campground.
A bunch of the boaters have spaces in that row and it gets pretty wild.
And now it's called "Death Row"

If you ever go to CrazyHorse camping ground they have different rows markered by letters. D-row is nicknamed Death Row and there are a bunch of members(alcoholics) on this board that are all camped together there. Its definitly a party as they dont have to worry about complaints cause they are all neighbors. Theres alot of pranks, golfcart offroading, nudity and all nighters that go on there.
