Looking for a 3gp converter for phone vidz

I want to convert vidz on my phone to mpeg. Where can I get a decent converter? I already have the files on my computer but cant convert them.

I think all the tech geeks use Xillisoft, it's a free program and I'm not sure about the spelling of the name.
When I got my new phone I was a tech geek for about five minutes until I saw it was well...geeky and takes way too mych time. Interesting message boards though, took me back to the fifth grade, with a lot more cursing.
