A couple go on vacation to a fishing resort in northern Minnesota.
The husband likes to fish at the crack of dawn.
The woman likes to read.
One morning the husband returns after several hours of fishing
and decides to take a nap.
Although not familar with the lake, the woman decides to take the
boat out. She motors out a short distance, anchors and continues to read her book.
Along comes a law enforcement officer in his boat. He pulls up
alongside the woman and says, "Good morning, ma'am. What are
you doing?"
"Reading a book," she replies,
(Thinking "isn't it obvoius?")
"You're in a restricted fishing area, "he informs her.
"I'm sorry officer, but I'm not fishing, I'm reading."
"Yes, but you have all the equipment. I'll have to take you in and
write you up."
"if you do that, I'll have to charge you with sexual assault,"
said the woman.
"But I haven't even touched you," says the officer.
"That's true, but you have all the equipment."
The officer says "have a nice day."
:D
Never argue with a woman who reads, it's likely she can also think.:D ;)

I'd take offense at that, except that I've never checked a fishing license in my life. To do that, I'd have to know all that shit about limits, size, seasons, endangered vs. sport fish, and all that other fish stuff.
Not my Yob!
However to keep in the spirit of things, read on:
A man was walking down the pier with a bucket of water that contained 3 lobsters. He was confronted by by the game ranger who informed him that lobster were out of season, and he wasn't supposed to be catching them.
The man said, "I didn't catch these. They're my pets."
"What do you mean, pets?" asked the warden, "Explain yourself!"
The man said that every day he brings his pet lobsters to the ocean and lets them go swimming. After they swim a while, he whistles and the lobsters return.
"Prove it!" said the ranger.
So the man let the lobsters out in the water and then stood there.
"Well?" went the Ranger? "Let's see you bring the lobsters back."
The man replied: "What lobsters?" :D
