I need to get a 7 round to flat 5 adapter for the new trailer. GM vehicles come with a 7 to flat 4, but Conquest says it has to be flat 5. Where can I buy one of these? online?

I got my adaptor from a local trailer shop near my work. Let me know if you can't find one. I will pick one up & send it to you.

A good online source is Trailer Parts Superstore at www.easternmarine.com or try your local RV store good luck

I bought a 7 round for the trailer and had Kachina cut off the 5 flat and wire this in. If they didn't do it I was going to. I hate the way adapters look. I'm just weird that way.

Ask them to wire it for 7 round. I did and dont have to worry about an adapter.

No I wasn't seeing things... they do have the adapters at Wal Mart...
That is not a pigtail adapter though... just the 7 pin plug on one end and a 5 pin on the other...

Check out the Jetconnex website. They make those coiled cords with any end you want or need. Check 'em out.

I also saw Jetconnex being sold at West Marine... couldn't believe it... the one by Belmont Shore.

They are harder to find than that. I havent' had any luck at West Marine, trailer supply places or auto part stores. Havent' tried Walmart though.
They all have 7 round to 4 flat, but not 5 flat.
I am going to order one of the coil connectors tonight.

The 7 round to a 5 flat is hard as hell to find ! You can get the "4 flats" all day long, but the "5" is next to impossible !

Just to add my .02 cents:
The Hitch Depot in Monrovia had them the last time I was there. Just north of the 210 on Myrtle I believe. Give them a call.
As far as the JetConnex, they are being stocked at West Marine, I have seen them at both the Marina Del Rey store as well as the Henderson, NV store. Price was significantly cheaper than the www.jetconnex.com website. I bought the 66 for around $45 at West Marine and it is listed at $88 with a special webprice of $65 directly from jetconnex. YMMV.

Bohica, did you find one yet? I bought mine at Freeway Trailer Sales in Escondido, I paid $10.95 and they had about 6 of them on their shelf when I got mine. Let me know if you need one still I would be happy to stop by and pick it up and send it to you...

Got mine at Richardson's RV on Indiana in Riverside, I think. It's impossible to back up my trailer without one. (Unless you know the sercet pin swap parking lights on handshake....)
Thanks

If you do the Jetconnex, call them, they'll quote you a cheaper price than the boat shows or website and order that way.

Ed with Advantage gave me one for my boat when I picked it up last week. He should be able to send you in the right direction or sell one to you if you're in Havasu.

Jetconnex is overpriced....
try this place...I got two last week......by the way my truck had a 7 round and a flat 4, but the new trailer had a flat 5...this adapter allowed me to adapt the flat 5 trailer end to my 7 round truck end...
