30' Travel Trailer or Rent House / Condo for Summer Months Pros and Cons for Havi?
Which would you do for a Dad and two sons and sometimes their friends.
What are the costs for summer rental of trailer space?
Where?
Where can I check out renting a furnished home or condo for May through August?

TCHB has a house for rent by the month in the spam section. I am not sure what months are available but his place looks real nice and he is a great guy. Good luck.

Trailer close to water...
GOOD:
no driving them back and forth.
Things to do without you taking them or worrying about them driving.
Not have to pull boat out every time.
Cheaper maybe
golf cart fun
Neighbors to hang out with
more social
BAD::
Small spaces
Hot inside maybe
noisy neighbors
one bath..
neighbors close by
golf cart disasters

Bought it on line from an RV store in Florida. It's a "Carrier". It was $470 shipping included. Then I paid $200 to have it installed, which was kind of a waste. I just didn't want to deal w/ it when it was 110 outside. It was simple to do. It makes a huge difference inside, much nicer.

Now we don't see Jeff till after the sun goes down BUT on the Plus side it's 1 less Crazy Person on the Water.......lol
