It's all good, I've been there and done that myself. You gotta see what Scream did to his prop. Do you launch above or below the needles bridge?

we launched at needles marina, about 300 yards below the bridge, and have no desire to risk going up!!

If I were to fight Chris, it would probably take him a few minutes to realize it. Things would probably end pretty quickly after that. I like to hone my skills, though. :D :D :D

I gave my dog half a pill at the mini bar when people started firing off the fireworks and he was out for the count! I kinda felt bad because he's always happy and then he was just laying there. Oh well, he made it through the weekend. :)

Hey Frenchie - Well, I guess, we sorta finally met on Sunday. We wound up at Steamboat for most of the day. We didn't want to take the kids to the mini-sandbar for obvious reasons.
Your boat looked really good on the run down the river. We were looking for the camera but realized it was back at the trailer. :frown:
See you (meet you) at the SW regatta?
BTW, my kids really like your screen name.
DHO.

Too bad about the Regatta. Sounds like you need to work on your 'rescheduling' techinques. ;)
I might try to get out there the 17th (I'll let you know). Maybe a 'kidless' trip this time. I was hoping the Mohave trip (dam run) was gonna happen.

Hey Kilrtoy - I have the HP500 EFI...I only GPS'd it once (76mph). It was on that nasty windy Saturday in mid April (the day those 5 or 6 boats sank in Havasu). It's supposed to be a mid-to-upper 70's boat. I peg the 80 mile an hour speedo all the time (it's about 5 mph off). The accelaration on the boat is awesome though ;)
