With over 6,000 MP3 files 300 of which are complete albums I would have one heck of a time choosing 3 must haves . but just as a stab in the dark I would say
1-Pink Floyd Delicate Sound of Thunder
(saw that concert at the Tampa stadium)
2- Joe Satriani - Flying in a Blue Dream
3- Rush - Moving Pictures ( saw that one at the Charlotte Coliseum
also would have to squeeze in some skynyrd, bad company, triumph , kenny wayne sheppard, pearl jam
and some frank marino, as well . :D

I missed Satriani... but saw both Rush and Pink Floyd for those tours... awesome music. Rush is another of my faves for sure....

Of course I have to have my fix of 80s mix CD/s... I still like a lot of stuff from that time period...
