My account is jacked up..Help?

I sent off an e-mail with no reply to webmaster.
I changed my e-mail on my account a week ago and now i have no PM, no avatar, no sig line to change. States a permission error.
Can you help me obe one?

changed to dsl and had to change email and a few other items.
no longer getting indication on pm's can go to quick links and look at old pm's but nothing coming or going.
can u repair mine also, THANKS
