Avatars. Please limit your avatar to no more than 150 pixels wide by 150 pixels high and no more than 40K for images hosted on the ***boat.com site. If you image is hosted on your bandwidth please keep the image to 135 pixels wide by 100 high and no more than 100k. People on dial-up will thank you.

Maximum allowed: One image or multiples as long as the total doesn't exceed 30K file size and 500 wide x 100 tall pixel dimension. (Do Not stack images vertically). To view the size of an image, right click on the image, then click on properties.
Simple text or text links (3 lines max, no large fonts) are acceptable but promotional language promoting businesses or the sale of personal houses, boats, ect is not. Start a thread to sell your stuff in you want in the appropriate forum. Threads started to promote non-boating related businesses (such as real estate, insurance) however are not allowed on ***boat.
