How can you tell when a Democrat's lying? (when his lips are moving)

We've all heard the Democrats saying President Bush lied, that there never were any WMDs and he took us to war for his oil buddies, right? It's a shame that so many Americans believe the Democrat spin. Is there a chance for them? Will they ever learn?
