Alright guys and ladies I need some advice. I have an opportunity to buy a 1994 Cole 22.4 boat. It has a 454 Bravo One, Stainless Prop, Stanless Trim Tab, electric hatch, bimini, 10 disc changer. I wanted to know what is a good price would be for this.

23,500.00 is a good deal!

I have seen them being built in Cole's old shop in Chatsworth (Jim showed me a 22.4 skier in every stage of construction). If you get that boat take good care of it and stay on these boards, so I can buy it from you in a few years, when I can afford to get another boat and after I convince you you need a bigger one.;) :D

There also is a 1994 Hallett in Havasu for 25,000. It is 21ft 350. What do you think about that?
-
Are you buying it from "outcole'd"?
I'd go with the Cole just b'cuz it's got a big block but if you want the 350 then go with the Hallet. What hull is the Hallet? Vector, 210? What year.

Personally, I would take a 22.4" Cole with a Big Block for less money over a higher priced 21' Hallet with a small block, but that is just my unbiased advise.:D

There were always rumors around about Jim Cole's biz practices, but the boats he built were second to none. Not even Hallett , Schiada, Howard, or DCB can claim to build their's better. Coles were premium customs and it shows in their very high re-sale prices.

Look what I found :D
Don't forget about the all new Gaffrig 2 gauges, dual batteries, Billet bimini mounts, drive shower, built in ice chest, ski locker, new tires & brakes on trailer, etc.
