I've got a 1982 Honda ATC 250R I'm going to sell. I'll throw it up here first. Not in a hurry, but need to get a 200X for the wife and this has to go to do that.
The bike is a mechanical 9 and a cosmetic 6. New Maier fenders, new seat cover, new fork boots, new top end (less than an hour),new brake perch and master cylinder, new sprockets and chain. The bike has a progressive spring on the back, aftermarket silencer (not sure who's it is maybe an older DG) douglas rims and the old school knobbies. The bike runs very strong, but it's not going to be a good resto. Someone has painted the motor blackwith a bad spray can job. There's a six pack rack on the back and it has some rust. There is no rear swingarm skid plate. The handlebars are anodized red, but have faded badly to pink. The tires leak very slowly. After a month, they are low, but not flat. The tank is really poorly painted. There are some repaired dents in it, and one where it looks like the bondo is falling away. There is little to no rust in the tank. It works great, and with a little more work, could be nice looking too. This is all I can think of. If anyone has any questions, shoot me an email and I'll address it on here.
Comes with an extra tank that I was thinking of fixing and painting, but it's got a fair amount of rust in it. Also comes with a spare set of rear flat tracker tires on alunminum rims.
