My name is Kelly and I am restoring a 78 cvx 16 and am looking for a moter, can anyone tell me good years for mercs, I am looking for a used 150-200 in an older style (black max,xr4,xri) any pro and cons of efi vs carb for those years. I foud a 93 efi 150 and a few others any help would be nice. Also if anyone could point me to a reputable builder it would help. This is not a race boat but needs to be fast enough to be fun.
