you probably picked up someones fm modulator driving next to you thay can set it to pick up any channel. If your close enough and the KROC sig is weak you could recieve his sig and therefore listen to sirius sat radio maybe i am wrong but i have had it happen to me
I have also heard it on KROQ between green river and weir canyon
