I wanted to send out some blanket emails to my customers, but don't want to give each of them the other's address or necessarily let them know who else I am working for...
Is there a way to blank out the "To" box ???? I seem to get these kinds of emails all the time...
How does one do this?
Thanks.

Send them all through the BC (Blind copy), no one will see the others e-mail address...

put yourself in the TO:, everyone else goes into BCC:

OK, where's that? I have a cc, but not a bcc???

what client are you using

Use the BCC (blind carbon copy) option. Not sure what email client you use but for Outlook Express just click on the CC field and it will bring up a window where you can add BCC recipients.

Go into the addressbook and the BCC box will be in there.

OK, I found it, a window opens up with that as an option when I hit the cc button.
Cool. Thanks!

You could always make an alias in your contacts with all the people you work with/for then you just push on To: which opens contacts and click your alias, push send and email is gone. At least in Outlook that is.
