I was very impressed with the Ski Jet of Joe LaKamp. It ran 8.97 and 116+ mph in the heat of the day. That's a V bottom boat.

It's all in the gullwing hull, you just can't beat that hull when racing under 120mph.
Lots of good hulls actually, the gullwing is a great choice though. The weather was bitchin, I had forgot that the May race was the best one for the weather, at least.
