Anyone know of a realtor that knows anything about the Isle condo's in the channel. Getting tired of launching and retrieving every day. Would be nice to pull up to their private beach and tie off for the night. Anyone know what those things are going for these days?

I've already looked into it. Nothing for sale. I usually rent one for the Summer but none were available. That place is the best place on the island IMO...I mean they have security and you dont have to launch your boat every morning.

What are people willing to pay for nice units on the water like those?
What if they started around 1500 sq ft, up to 4000 sq feet or so?

what do you have up your sleeve?

What makes those so nice is the private beach and security guard. The new ones across the channel don't have a private beach, nor do any of the other recent developments in the channel.

OK, so what are they worth with all those amenities?

I'd pay up to 1 million for something in the 4000 sq ft range that was waterfront and had a garage big enough for my boat. :D

$1 mil for a secondary home?

Yah, Bohica's filthy rich.

I'm thinking 1 million wouldn't even be enough. Those green ones they built a few years ago were going for 875K, no private beach and don't know what the sqft was.
At least it's real estate and will appreciate, better than the 300K I'm throwing down the drain on the moho and toys for the sand, haha :D
