I'm not having much luck finding a decent rental in or near Redding... I dont want to buy yet; more because I'm only convinced its a good place to run a start biz, not sure I wanna stay. My job really is getting things set up, start sales and marketing; then we'll find more interested people to run it. So only need to be living in the area for a realistic year or more. I'm a big city type guy and really want to live in around LA! Second for renting my employment contract, company pay's housing!!! :)
Looking most of the rentals are a little small, I get investors visiting and staying. So need a little bit larger and at least 4 bedrooms with lots of bathrooms, etc..... More executive over avg. family home that seems to be the majority of the market. Any ideas? Thinking more the $2,500 to $3,000 range as oppesed to the under $2K thats available.
