this is prolly the -6 fitting you use, or close to it. I bet you have nicked the new powder coat on the fuel bowls a few times installing them.

Because they build them out of hex and don't have to mill it in. Cheaper.

dave those are much nicer! and i bet for those with powder coated stuff they kick ass. ( used to have powdercoated bowls);)
