you still need to trim the plastic trim on the bumber but nothing else.....
I'm getting ready to buy some wheels for my Hd and was looking for info on backspacing. I plan on getting the RCD 6" lift installed in a couple of weeks but want to get the wheels and tires now. I'm still undecided on either 16",16.5", or 17" o.d. As far as backspacing goes most wheels I have looked at are in the 4.5 to 5" range , 9-9.75" wide. Will this clear well with 35" tall (315x70x16"-17") tires without rubbing in turns? Any input from others experience would be great, Thanks.

dont get 16.5, thats what i have and my choose of tires is limited.
4 5/8 should be fine. I put the 6" RCD on my 4x4 Suburban, I have 17" wheels with 315's. It looks awsome, wheels don't stick out too much.
Jordy did a nice job with his setup Not sure what he used though

I think it's a secret...

ya leave it alone BE STOCK BE HAPPY lol ive had lifted trucks for ever and the ifs sucks for lifted trucks. By the way i am a CHEVY guy all the way too.
Dont get the 16.5 again very limited tire size I have 12.5/ 16.5 / 33 not sure what the back spacing is but it has to be wrong I am fighting a major wheel alingment problem, weld might be able to warrant the wheels. I cant seem to get the wheels balanced correctly. Every time we come home from the river I get the skakes real bad, just took it to a place and they balanced it with the weight on the inside and the out side and it worked, but it looks like shit with the weights on the out side of a 9.75 rim. If I get them to warrant them I will go with a 16x 8
