Question. I was told that my motor would make 775-800hp with the AFR 345s. Given that as the standard, if I found something that flowed 3-4% less than those heads do, does anyone know how much power Id lose? Im not sure if 3-4% less flow would equal 3-4% less power. Any ideas? Motor is a 547 chevy pump gas deal 10.75:1...

You don't need 345's unless you are going to spin the engine 7500rpm. Head has to much runner volume for anything less.
You would make more power with less head.

Might look at Canfields offerings. I was very happy with the outcome using their casting and a little 3rd party CNC job on em. Cost is very nice too if you stay with the basic Canfield casting.

547 with 320ccs should suit you fine, Victor intake and complimentary 850 (4150) or Dominator HP1050.
The 345s are overkill for the sake of this thread.
