Turns out I cannot upload my boat pics because my file size is too big. How do I shrink them?

Use hot water and the"high" setting in the dryer.

Where's the pic stored? Hot Boat Forums? hotboatpics.com? If you save it uder your user name on either site I am certain that someone will re-size it for you, I've done it for a few peeps on the boards...

There are a variety of JPEG editing programs available...Paint Shop Pro is one that I think you can still get a demo copy to resize the one pic. A good size is 640 X 480 for posting on most boards. Another good program though quite expensive is Adobe Photoshop.

Try this one. VERY easy to resize and has a nice viewer with it.
    Irfanview (http://www.download.com/IrfanView/30...ml?tag=lst-0-1)
