Hi Tab,
I would love to help you find a property here in Havasu. I can tell you that you will not find any hud repos in this town. 99% of the loans done in this town are conventional. The lender I use told me she has only done one FHA loan in the last 10 years, so I wouldn't count on there being alot of FHA foreclosures in Havasu.
There are much better ways to break into the market and beat the inflation that we have been dealing with lately. Give me a call or a PM and I can share some ideas with you.
