We had a car theft ring in my city a couple of years ago. They were stealing Oldsmobiles and were known as the Oldsmobile gang. It turned out to be 6 high school students steeling cars, driving them for the evening, and then abandoning them. Bloody kids didn't even have the courtesy to fill the tanks.
