awful damn heavy, you can get a 13-15ft sprint jet with a small block that aint a demo (new) for that kinda money and it will spank that all day long. weighs the same with 2 times the hp (stock zz4.)
I think aluminumsquirt gets 75+ mph outta his. I'd go for an eagle's sportjet before that.

Definetly a little pricey. I agree with Berk, a GPR800 would probably run circles around it, but you would be doing frequent fiberglass repairs running in the white water. It would probably be fun with a 240 sportjet in it, sort of like motorcross if you took it into the white water. The Eagle Sport Jet is incredible in the rapids and, if you have ever watched the way those crazy Canucks drive them, would probably be more fun. My sled is 15' sprint hull and with a clapped out TBI injected 350 was going over 70MPH. A true sprint boat would be the same size, have a roll cage, and smoke that thing. Provided I can save up enough change for a ZZ4 before next season, I'm hoping to get near 80MPH-Aluminum Squirt
