Dont know the code there ...But here...you not only have to have enclosed gasketed fixtures...but wire mesh glass in front of them..plus switches and coinduit...can get expensive......look here (http://paintbooth.ldpi-inc.com/)

What are the code requirements there? Do they, authorities
want Class 1,Div 2, Vapor tight, dust tight, or actual expolsion proof? Big difference in products and cost, including installation methods.

Not sure on the pole barn? I'm from So Cal. JBB has a good link. Quality costs. Use a surface mount enclosed gasketed flourescent that you can readily buy color correct lamps for in your area. Stub the power to outside the facility and run circuits on exterior of booth to minimize the installation expense. Install VENTILATION.

Try to search some industrial auctions or maybe find one from a closed
body shop that has all the correct equipment depending on your codes.
Some times I have seen installs where they use the light fixtures behind
a safety glass window that shines into the booth. Depending on the
codes you may be able to get by that set-up using easier to obtain fixtures
and not having the expense of the rigid conduit and sealed boxes.
