Ooops, the cat is out of the bag. I was talking with the lady who owns the house next to RD and one across the canal as well. I wanted to rent it for the weekend. She starts asking me questions.......
She has had a bunch of calls lately for the weekend of the 25th of June......several of them mentioned they know RiverDave....
So anyway, she is a bit leery of renting to anyone who knows RD
She told me she has to think about it before making that deal......if you want to rent either of em, ya better not know Dave. :mix: :mix:

This is true, they usually won't rent the place next to RD's when there is a gathering going on. 1st, RD's pad has a reputation for partying so they don't want people who know him renting the place next door. 2nd, hey wont rent it to people who don't know him cause the people who rent it complain about the "All Night Long" partying. Kinda a catch 22 on those weekends.
Just play like you don't know him and tell them the partying won't be a problem with you.
