go with the better boat. whichever one is in better shape i would jump on. im partial to the 30 though. but, if the 28 is a better deal i guess i'ld get that. i was looking for a 30 but didnt get a single "serious" call on my 25. damn sure aint gonna give it away.

Don't know why you have not had any calls. Your 25 is bad ass!
His 25 is just too fast, everyone he took out to look at it blew out of the boat!

You really just answered your own question right here. True, the '04 would be great- brand new and all that, but you're going to lose 20% of your money just by driving it off the lot. If you are OK with that then by all means go for it.
I have been on several Eliminators, as well as owning a 28 Eagle, but if you look at resale, the 30's are way better. I have owned 3 boats in the last three years, and I have only lost money on one of them (the Eliminator-not much though). They were all used and in great shape.
However, all things considered, my favorite Eliminator has the letters D C & B on the side.

Go with the 500's... its a better foundation for growth.. and 30' is better than 28'

go with the 30 and the 500's bigger is better plus you can upgrade the 500's easier when the time comes
