I JUST TALKED WITH HUFFER ON THE PHONE HE SAID IT`S REAL KID FRIENDLY !!THE LAKE IS 13 MILES LONG ..THE HAVE A SAND BAR WITH A VOLLEYBALL NET SET UP ON IT ..ITS SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT ROAD TRIP CLOSE TO CHARLOTT N.C. NOT SURE MILEAGE..???

Oh, in that case, you should check out Lake Norman. It's where all the NASCAR guys live and play. I hear there are lots of hot boats there.
