If this is true
1) I talked to a KDFWR officer in Feb. at the boat ramp & he said nothing of this to me.
2) I'm sittin' duck, I don't start mine early (not before 10), nor do I come in late with him, but good grief, sounds like some pocket protector geek got laughed at down there by some hot blonde & he wants all of us to pay...
