Forgot to mention that Tom @ProMarine in Havasu has them in his big HTM with the twin blower beasties. I haven't heard the boat in person but he told me that he's had no problems getting hassled for noise. I also remember hearing Mr. Big's 29 Coolaid Wagon with the 580 Peto motors and Gatlins, very quiet. Nice!
I have the same set up and run CMI Big Yubes with the Gatlins. I dont know if it will pass but is appears pretty quit to me.. Except when I am on the gas!!
