take a long screw driver and punch it up from the bottom of the nozel
I cant get my nozzle off. I have a berk JC, I got the reverse gate and steering off, I took off the rudder stud and now I cant get that F-ING top stud out for the life of me, do I hammer it through till it comes out the bottom (like I almost have it) or am I doing it the wrong way. The stud has 2 woodruff keys in it, was I supposed to take one out ???? it has gotten so far and does not seem like it wants to go anymore

First, Remove the tiller arm.
2nd, Remove woodruff key.
3rd, Remove square head set screw.
4th, Tap the tiller pin towards the center of the nozzle.
To re-assemble you must tap the top pin in from the center of the nozzle.
