Anybody have a place up there. I was there looking for a place but there does not seem to be much available. Let me know if you here of something coming up on the market.
both my neighbors have places at water wheel they love it.I hear the park is going to add about 10 to 15 or even more mobiles to the resort butt they will be on the water and selling for around 200k plus.The place is great for the winter also if you like dirt bikes or sand cars.
My buddies parents have a place there. Its a cool little park, seems like everyone knows each other and gets along with each other. That would be a good park to buy into if you get the chance.
