I Can Email Picks But Cant Post Hot Boat Image Center Has Not Returned Email After Reg. 3 Times And Saying Lost Password 4 Times And Wrote Webmaster But No Reply Any Ideas
A quick checklist:
Check out the impeller, make sure it's not beat up on either the leading or exiting edges of the vanes. Also look for the same thing on the bowl vanes.
Check the front bearing, making sure it isn't worn. You don't want excessive thrust on the front bearing.
Take a look at the shaft, paying close attention to the bowl bushing wear surface. If the wear surfaces are exccesively worn, you may want to address that.
You'll also want to check the impeller to wear ring clearances.
If everything looks good, pop a new seal in it and put it together!
