I say we fish my way ... let the fuel boats come out once every 6 months or so and take them out via concusion/vibration ... I remember when they raced there in the 80's and after a day of racing you'd get a few floaters!

I know the owner is a V-Drive lover and owns a V-Drive himself. He is also good friends with Jim Wilkes and we know he is a V-Drive lover. I think part of the reason they dont want to open to jets is, there are ALOT of jets. We know there are lots of jet boat owners on the boards that know their stuff, take care of their stuff and drive safe, but for every one of them, there is 100 jet owners not on the boards that are idiots. More people own jet boats, they are more common. V-Drives are more exclusive and you have to know them in and out to own one. They are not as "user friendly". The only way I can see a jet boat meeting is if it was RSVP and the attendies were screened for idiocy.
