Tonite I am making chicken breasts slowly cooked in white wine, a side of mixed vegetables and pasta with a creamy pesto sauce.
Served with white wine.....YUMMY
The bride made Parmisean chicken with rice... nummers...
How was dinner it sounded very very yummy???
It was very good...the chicken was nice and moist, the vegis were cooked but just a bit crunchy with a hint of butter, and the pasta and sauce were great. I bypassed the wine though and just had some water.
Well.. Mardonzi actually took me out to the "Dam Bar" and I got my wings and toddy that I was craving.. woohoo.. no hotdogs and beer here..
since i live all by myself all i had was a swansons $.99 chicken pot pie... I'm quite the little chef. 5 minutes in the microwave and i'm ready to eat!
POT PIE......... holy cow.. you could have had a gourmet meal delivered to your home... (not quite the pot pie deal.. but dang!.. live it up!)
