i am needing help with my 78 mariah. my boyfriend decided to leave me and now i have what was supposed to be our project boat. this is my first boat, but have rebuilt fast cars. the motor in this boat is a 396 bored 30over and needs pulling, the hull is in great shape but i would love to have it painted one day. i would like to attempt to get it on the water this season but again I am clueless and a bit scared to do it on my own. if there is anyone out there that can give me some pointers or contacts i would greatly appreciate it. i live in fort worth, tx.

Damn Jim, I always ask for a picture first before jumping in that fast. How about posting some pictures so we can see what the boat looks like. Pix with you posing with it are optional. lol. It all depends on how complete the boat is as to how hard it will be to bring it back. Boats are more simple than cars, and cleaner. Any questions you have will be gladly answered here.
