What is the overall best Muffler?

I live in Wisconsin where the db levels are the lowest in the country. I was wondering what the best muffler for performance and the best for noise levels. In wisconsin the Db level is 86, which my Kirby is louder than. I dont have big engine's just twin 496 on a Eliminator. Any Info would be greatly appreciated.

I just installed the Gibsons on my cat= 496 quad rotor.. I have not put
a db meter to it but it should be real close.

I have the Gibson Bullets on an HP500. It passed at 84db, no power loss. The choice is yours.
