We have our weeknds planned for the summer. They spot out trailer next to the ramp for those weekends. Triumph 5th wheel. I'll make point to stop and do the greet n meet!

We/My family have a place and have owned the same unit since they were built. I'll call the manager and see if he knows anyone who is or is planning to sell in the near future. Not alot of turnover when the real estate market is good. Most people who own places either live in so cal or phoenix. If the R/E market turns to sh*t, second homes will suffer. If the past predicts the future, and the market slows, there may be a few for sale at good prices IMO.
