Looks good 396. I'm just starting the same myself. Where do you get a wiring harness from?
Bergeron marine here in mesa sells them but they arent cheap. I wire my own up. I have a strong electronics back ground, so its a breeze for me. Is your old one in your boat now? If so shoot me a pm and we can talk about setting you up with a new one I can also make it with plugs so you can remove it very easy. Let me know

Here are some pics from today. I had to take them with my camera phone because my digital camera somehow grew legs I spent a few hours polishing and waxing her. She looks 8 feet deep Everything is done upfront except for the diverter cable and my flammed steering wheel. New nuts, bolts, and stringer washers, etc.I just need to pick one up. Other than that it done(check mark) except for the new seats. They are going to stitch them up in the next couple of weeks. The new seats will be 4 different blues and white. Next is to finish up the pump. I am massaging the insides of my suction housing, droop, and diverter nozzle. Plus adding some new color.Just a little polishing fun. I will post pics this weeks. She is looking good so far.
