We are going up to check out the Lotto thing you guys have going up there this year. Do you recommend coming up on a holiday or not. My boat is 24' with trim tabs.
you should be fine anytime you want to come. it WILL be rough on holidays but nothing you cant handle.

the floor was easy. just had to write a check for $800.00

Well, that is the newbie initiation at Havasu. The LHPD write those tickets so they can get money for more stickers!

I drove a 28' twin engine Apache about 5 or 6 years ago. It belonged to a guy from Colorado who now owns "the muscle" I think his last name is Hammond. Best v bottomed boat I have ever driven. The day that we
went out, it was super rough and that thing just ate the worst Havasu
chop up like it was nothing. I was then going to take the boat to sell
when back on the launch ramp appears an old high school buddy or something and he buys the boat from the guy right there on the spot.
Fantastic boat. Felt like it was 38 feet long not 28! He sent me a video
of it in Florida at several different poker runs with all these 40 to 50 foot
v bottomed hot rods and he was kickin everyones tail. My compliments
to Apache! I'd like to own one some day.
